Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Angry Turtle. Plain language is deliberate; where it conflicts with the law, the law wins.
The service
Angry Turtle helps you manage Google Business Profile listings — reading their current state, scoring how complete they are, tracking where they rank, and publishing changes you approve.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.
- You must have the right to manage the listings you connect. Connecting a business you do not represent is a breach of these terms and of Google's.
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
Plans and payment
- Plans are billed in advance, in Indian Rupees, plus GST.
- Plan limits — listings, seats, rank checks — are enforced. When you reach one you will be told which limit and what to do about it.
- Paying early extends your period rather than restarting it. You do not lose the days you have already paid for.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep full access until then.
- We do not refund part-used periods, but we also do not cut you off early.
What happens if you stop paying
Your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in, read everything, and export your data. Nothing is deleted, and everything resumes when you pay.
We think an SEO tool that holds a business's listing data hostage is a bad tool, so we do not do that.
What we publish on your behalf
Nothing reaches your live Google listing unless a person on your account asked for it. Scheduled posts publish at the time you set. Review replies publish when you press publish.
You are responsible for what you publish through us — a reply to a customer appears publicly under your business's name, not ours.
Third-party services
The service depends on Google, and on the other providers listed in our privacy policy. When one of them is unavailable or changes its rules, parts of Angry Turtle may not work. We will tell you what is affected.
We cannot control Google's decisions about your listing. If Google suspends it, we will help you understand why and what to do — but reinstatement is between you and Google.
What we do not promise
We do not promise particular rankings, particular traffic, or that a suspension will be lifted. Local search results are Google's to decide.
The scores this product shows are our assessment of how well a listing is set up. They are a guide to what to work on, not a prediction.
Ending the agreement
- You can close your account whenever you like, and export your data first.
- We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, is used to manage listings the holder has no right to, or is not paid for.
- If we end the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and time to export.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost rankings.
Changes
We will tell you before these terms change in a way that affects you, and you will be asked to accept the new version. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gurgaon, India.
