These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the Angryturtle.ai platform provided by Angryturtle.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, starting a trial or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your business and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Free trial

We offer a 15-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue. We will never charge you without your consent, and you may cancel at any time before converting to a paid plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for business profiles you are authorised to manage. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, misuse credits, or use it to publish content that is unlawful, misleading or that violates the policies of Google or any connected platform.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance at the rates shown on our pricing page, exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew thereafter.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, scoring models and content, is owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the business data you provide, and grant us the limited rights needed to deliver the service.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to improve local rankings, search results depend on factors outside our control, and we do not warrant any specific ranking, placement or business outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
